Directions
Cooking Instructions: Always cook product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as read by a thermometer. Cooking Tip: Add a light coating of oil or cooking spray to the cooking surface to keep the seafood from sticking. Remove film and remove seafood from tray before cooking. Bake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Bake Salmon for 15 minutes. Add Shrimp. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes. Broil: Salmon for 4-7 minutes per side. Broil shrimp for 3-5 minutes. Stove Top: Saute salmon for 4-7 minutes per side. In a separate pan, saute shrimp 3-5 minutes while stirring. Warning: Although great care is taken to remove them, bones or shells may be present. Salmon and shrimp are cooked when flesh becomes firm and opaque.
Serve over pasta, rice or veggies. Serving Suggestions Go Classic: Serve simply with rice or mashed potatoes and fresh veggies with lemon. Go Green: Serve with a simple salad with your favorite veggies and dressing. Go for Cajun Chef-Status: Dust your seafood with blackening seasoning, finish with butter and serve over dirty rice.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
