Cooking Instructions: Remove frozen bowl from carton. Cut small slit in film or peel back corner to vent. Microwave on high 2 minutes (Directions developed using a 1100-watt microwave oven. Appliances vary; adjust cooking times as needed. Products must be cooked thoroughly to I65 degrees F for food safety and quality, Do not allow product to thaw. Do not eat without cooking. Do not use if film seal is broken. Cook only one bowl at a time. Do not cook in conventional or toaster ovens). Carefully remove from microwave, then partially peel back film and stir thoroughly. Return to microwave with film covering bowl and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Remove from microwave. Caution: Food and bowl may be hot! Remove film and check that food is cooked thoroughly. dive in and enjoy delicious!
