Quick & Simple Preparation: Remove fillet from individual bag prior to thawing in the refrigerator. Cooking Riverence fish is easy. Season fish lightly with olive oil, salt, and pepper or your favorite seafood rub. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Grill: Lightly oil grill and place skin side down for 5-6 minutes. Flip once and cook for another 3 minutes. Bake: Place skin side down on a foil lined baking tray. Bake at 350 F or 7-8 minutes. Saute: Place olive oil and butter in a fry pan over medium heat. Place fillet skin side down and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3 minutes. Heart-Check certification does not apply to preparation instructions. Cook-From-Frozen: Our fish can also be cooked from frozen, although the cooking times will be increased slightly.
