Cook on high for 2 minutes. 700 Watt 4 minutes and 45 seconds. Pull back film and stir sauce over enchiladas, covering them completely. Separately stir rice. Replace film. Cook on high for 2 minutes. 3. Let stand in microwave 1-2 minutes. When removing from microwave, hold onto the tray's side handles. Remove film. Stir and Enjoy!. For food safety and best quality.
