Breadcrumb Coating Wheat Flour, Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Sugar, Salt, Palm Oil, Onion Powder, Whey, Baking Powder (baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Cream Of Tartar), Yeast, Natural Flavor. Vegetable Oil Canola And/or Soybean Oil.
Directions
Cooking Directions: conventional oven: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 20-24 minutes total (fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Flip after 14 minutes.
