In collaboration with Budweiser® Brewmasters, SeaPak Executive Chefs perfected our Beer Battered Flounder, which is served with a classic tartar sauce, perfect for entertaining or as a tasty seafood appetizer. And like the famous Budweiser® lager beer, our Budweiser® Beer Battered Flounder Strips contain only the finest ingredients from the MSC Certified Wild Caught Alaskan Flounder to the perfectly crunchy batter.

Flounder, Wheat Flour, Budweiser Lager Beer (water, Barley Malt, Rice, Hops), Soybean Oil, Cornstarch, Yellow Corn Flour, Contains Less Than 2% Of The Following: Powdered Egg Whites, Sugar, Salt, Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract, Beer Extract, Yeast, Natural Flavor, Sea Salt, Dextrose, Xanthan Gum, Leavening (baking Soda, Sodium Aluminumphosphate). Sauce: Water, Soybean Oil, Relish (cucumbers, Guar Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Calcium Chloride), Onion, Corn Syrup, Modified Cornstarch, Capers, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Arabic Gum, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Spices, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Tomato Concentrate, Xanthan Gum, Yeast Extract.
Directions
Cooking Instructions Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange product in a single layer on baking sheet and place on middle rack of oven. For full package, bake 14-15 minutes. For best results, turn product over half way through cooking. Air Fryer: preheat air fryer to 380 Degrees F. Arrange product in a single layer in basket. Air fry 4 pieces for 11-12 minutes. Sauce: thaw unopened sauce packet in warm water. Sauce: Thaw unopened sauce packet in warm water. Microwaving not recommended. Due to differences in appliances and quantity prepared, cooking times may vary and require adjustment caution: product will be hot! For food safety, quality, and thorough cooking, please follow the instructions below. Keep frozen until ready to prepare product is not ready to eat until fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165 Degrees F.
