New! Made with organic jasmine rice pasta & vegetables. Serves 4; gluten free; dairy free. Family owned since 1988. No genetically engineered ingredients, GMOs. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. We spent several years searching everywhere, including Thailand, for someone to help create the perfect Thai meals for Amy's customers, but with no success, And then, serendipitously, we found Olarn who is part owner of a Thai restaurant right here in Santa Rosa where our plant is located. Olarn works in Amy's own Tech department. We immediately asked him to prepare some Thai dishes for us and he did. They were so delicious that we knew our customers would love them. This Red Thai Curry is Amy's dad's favorite. It has finely cut organic vegetables - sauteed onions, broccoli, carrots, tofu and delightfully sweet butternut squash swimming in an authentically spiced (but not too hot) smooth coconut milk-based curry sauce. Fragrant jasmine rice completes this meal that has not dairy and no wheat, and is absolutely delicious. Enjoy this Amy's family favorite. Healthy eating for busy people. Directions
Keep frozen, Microwave or regular oven. Microwave (1100 W): Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Heat on high for 10 minutes or until heated throughout. Remove overwrap and gently stir vegetables and curry sauce. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove tray from carton and overwrap. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a cookie sheet on center oven rack. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, gently stir vegetables and curry sauce. Replace foil and continue baking for 25-30 minutes or until heated throughout. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Do not use a toaster oven. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
