Cooking Suggestion: Pork carnitas what’s included sauce and spice & herb blend (see side of box). What you’ll Need: 2 lbs boneless pork roast, trimmed to fat, cut into 2 to 3 pieces. 1-1/2 cups water. Cooking Directions: 1. Place meat in 4 to 5-quart baking dish/cooking vessel; sprinkle with seasoning. Add sauce concentrate and water; stir to combine. 2. Cover, cook as directed below. Oven: 300 degrees F 2-1/2-3 hours. Slow Cooker: High 5-6 hours or low 9-10 hours. Pressure Cooker: High/meat setting 90 minutes vent. 3. Transfer cooked meat to cutting board, discard bay leaves, shred meat with forks, return to cooking vessel. Stir to combine with juices. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions.
