When you’re short on time, our Instant Pot Seasoning Mixes comes to the rescue. Cook chicken and potatoes in the pressure cooker then make a flavorful sauce to spoon over the top. It doesn’t get any easier! Don’t have a pressure cooker? Prepare slow cooker chicken per the convenient on-pack directions (cook 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high; plus 30 min. on high for the sauce). Seasoning mix is made with McCormick herbs & spices and no artificial flavors or MSG added*. Also makes a great chicken rub, fish seasoning and air fryer seasoning.

Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Spices And Herbs (including Black Pepper, Thyme, Turmeric, Oregano), Buttermilk, Onion, Citric Acid, Lemon Peel, Yeast Extract, Modified Corn Starch, Lemon Oil, Garlic Oil
Directions
INSTANT POT DIRECTIONS:
1. HEAT butter on SAUTE. Sprinkle chicken with 2 tsp. of the Seasoning Mix. Add to pot. Cook until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from pot. Add 1 cup water; stir to remove browned bits. Whisk in remaining Seasoning Mix. Add potatoes. Place chicken over top. Close lid. Set Valve to Seal.
2. SET TO COOK 7 minutes on HIGH PRESSURE, or until chicken is cooked through. Allow pressure to release naturally 5 minutes. Open Valve to release remaining pressure. Open lid once pressure inside pot is completely released. (Check manufacturer's manual for safe operating instructions.)
3. REMOVE chicken and potatoes. Select SAUTE setting. Whisk remaining 3 tbsp. water and corn starch in small bowl. Stir into pot until well blended. Simmer 1 minute, stirring frequently. Serve with chicken and potatoes. SLOW COOKER DIRECTIONS
1. PLACE potatoes in slow cooker. Add chicken. Mix Seasoning Mix and 1 cup water in bowl. Pour over chicken and potatoes. Cover.
2. COOK 6 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH. Remove chicken; keep warm.
3. WHISK remaining 3 tbsp. water and corn starch in bowl. Stir into slow cooker. Cover. Cook 30 minutes on HIGH. Return chicken to slow cooker; mix with sauce to serve.
