Our buffalo are humanely rangeraised; they never receive growth hormones** and we never feed them animal byproducts. In the rare event that an animal requires treatment with antibiotics we disallow them entry into The Buffalo Guys meat supply. Safe Handling Instructions:
This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry.
Cook thoroughly to 160 degrees. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
The Buffalo Guys Quick & Easy Cooking Tips:
- No need to thaw prior to cooking but a slight thaw may be helpful to separate the patties.
- Using scissors cut the plastic package in the center. The seal will remain intact and allow you to use just two patties. The others will remain sealed for later use.
- For maximum cooking convenience we recommend using an electric sandwich grill. Just place the frozen patty on the pre-heated grill and close the lid. Ready to serve in about 8 minutes!
- To grill or pan fry use medium heat until the juices rise to the surface. (about 5 min) Flip patty and cook for approx 3 min. longer.
Garnish and serve.
