Sweet Glaze Mix: Sugar, Food Starch-modified.
Directions
You will Need: Milk (or oat or almond milk): 2/3 cup; Eggs: 3; Butter, Melted (or vegetable oil): 7 tbsp; Water: 4 tsp (for glaze). Tip: Customize your muffins by adding 1/2 cup chocolate chips or your favorite nuts. 1. 1. Heat: Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups or lightly grease. 2. Stir: Stir together milk, eggs, melted butter and muffin mix until blended. FILL muffin cups 2/3 full. Do not eat raw batter. 3. Bake: Bake as directed below or until light golden brown around edges. Cool 2 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Cool completely before glazing. For Glaze: Whisk together sweet glaze mix (enclosed) and 4 teaspoons water until glaze is desired consistency. Drizzle over cooled muffins. Store in tightly covered container. Yield: 12 standard muffins, Temperature: 375 degrees F, Bake Time: 19-21 minutes; Yield: 24 mini muffins, Temperature: 375 degrees F, Bake Time: 16-18 minutes.
