We make our own challah, an egg-rich, slightly sweet, soft bread. Our secret ingredient is home-grown sourdough starter, adding a health boost and a complex flavor. Precut for portion control and easy reheating. Obsessible sourdough snacks. Our Story: I started A Friendly Bread as the milkman for fresh, delicious bread in Baltimore. My customers kept telling me about the life-changingly tasty grilled cheeses they were making with our popular sourdough. I decided to perfect my own recipe, which won the grand prize at Baltimore's Battle of the Brands. That victory inspired me to share them far and wide. Ingredients

Challah Bread (unbleached Wheat Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Eggs, Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Yeast, Citric Acid), Swiss Cheese (cultured Pasteurized Part-skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Olive Oil


Directions

Heating Instructions: Remove from package. Snap in half along pre-cut line. Toaster Oven: Preheat to 400 degrees and cook on tray for 8-10 minutes (varies based on toaster strength) or until the cheese bubbles and browns. Air Fryer: Set to 375 degrees and cook for 4-6 minutes. Let sit for 45 seconds before eating.

Keep frozen. Storage: Keep refrigerated up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 6 months.

- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
