Zucchini, Cooked Brown Rice, Carrots, Water, Peas, Cooked Red Rice, Cooked Red Quinoa, Heavy Cream (cream, Carrageenan), Parmesan Cheese (milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Contains Less Than 2% Of: Basil, Corn Starch, Garlic, Green Onions, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Onion Powder, Salt, Spice.
Directions
Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top - Skillet: Recommended method. Squeeze bag gently to separate veggies. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil/butter to a non-stick skillet. Pour entire contents of bag into the skillet, cover. Cook covered over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave in Bag: Place unopened bag, standing up, in center of microwave. Microwave on high 5 1/2 - 6 minutes (Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed) or until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
