Chicken Breast Pieces With Rib Meat, Water, Native Potato Starch, Sea Salt. Battered And Breaded With: Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten, Corn Starch, Egg Whites, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Spices (including Celery Seed), Sugar, Turbinado Sugar, Yeast, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Sea Salt.

Directions

Fully cooked individually frozen.

Keep frozen.

Heating instructions.

Conventional oven (any amount):

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat frozen nuggets in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan. Heat uncovered for 15 minutes, or until crisp and brown.

Deep frying:

Deep fry nuggets at 350 degrees F without crowding for about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove. Drain on absorbent paper toweling.

Microwave and toaster ovens are not recommended for heating this product.

Freezer storage:

Empire nuggets are best used within 6 months of purchase when stored in your freezer.
