Organic Brown Rice Syrup, Organic Nonfat Milk, Organic Canola Oil, Organic High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Organic Linoleic Sunflower Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, Less than 2% of: Organic Sunflower Lecithin, Organic Vanilla, Calcium Ascorbate, Calcium Citrate, Choline Bitartrate, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Inositol, Copper Sulfate, Niacinamide, Ferrous Sulfate, Calcium Pantothenate, Zinc Sulfate, Thiamine Hydrochloride, D-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate, Sodium Selenate, Potassium Iodide, Manganese Sulfate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Vitamin Al Biotin, Phylloquinone, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12.
Directions
Storage: Store prepared formula in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Cover opened formula can and store in cool, dry place and use within 1 month. Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme and temperatures.
Best when used by date stamped on bottom of can.
Preparation Instructions: You child's health depends on proper formula preparation. Do not exceed recommended water to powder ratio unless specified by a healthcare professional. Failure to follow warnings and instructions could result in poor nutrition. To Make (approx.): 2 fl oz bottle; 2 fl oz (60 ml) water; 1 scoop formula powder. To Make (approx.): 4 fl oz bottle; 4 fl oz (120 ml) water; 2 scoops formula powder. To Make (approx.): 8 fl oz bottle; 8 fl oz (240 ml) water; 4 scoops formula powder. Fill powder to top of enclosed scoop (1 scoop = 8.5 g) 1 can makes about 140 fl oz (4140 ml). Clean: Wash hands and surfaces with soap and warm water. Using chart, pour desired amount of water into clean bottle. Measure: Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop for each 2 fl oz of water. Mix: Cap bottle; shake well until powder is dissolved. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
