The Story of 1-2-3 Gluten Free: Over 15 years ago, I was diagnose with celiac disease. As an adult, I was content to do without, rather than to eat what was available on the market. However, when two of my nieces and one nephew were diagnosed with celiac disease, I was determined that they should be able to eat only the best, as well as gluten-free versions of what their non-celiac friends were eating. In fact, I developed the Southern Glory Biscuit recipe when one of the children wanted to have pigs-in-a-blanket for her birthday. We soon found that the children and adults (both celiac and non-celiac) in our family enjoyed the foods I created. Having shared these foods with non-family members, again both celiac and non-celiac, we found these people were equally enthusiastic. Sugar, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Salt, Cellulose Gum (Stabilizer), Aluminum-Free Corn-Free Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Tapioca Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate).
Directions
To Make Pumpkin Bars: 1 package Sweet Goodness Pan Bars Mix, 3 large eggs, room temperature (two egg-free recipes, one using chick peas and another using silken tofu and canned pumpkin, are inside this box), 3/4 cup vegetable oil, 3/4 cup canned pumpkin, 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional). To Make Apple Spice Bars: 1 package Sweet Goodness Pan Bars Mix, 3 large eggs, room temperature (two egg-free recipes, one using chick peas and another using silken tofu and canned pumpkin, are inside this box), 3/4 cup vegetable oil, 3/4 cup sugar-free applesauce, 3/4 cup golden raisins (optional). 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 9 inch x 13 inch pan with non-stick spray. 2. Pour mix into bowl of mixer. Add remaining ingredients (except for optional ingredients) to mix and blend. Add optional ingredients and stir in by hand. Pour mixture into greased pan and spread evenly. 3. Bake for 30-33 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Baking times may vary with different appliances. 4. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or ice with cream cheese icing. Cut and serve. Makes 24 bars. To Make Banana Bars: Replace 3/4 cup pumpkin with 3/4 cup mashed banana. To Make Sweet Potato Bars: Replace 3/4 cup pumpkin with 3/4 cup canned mashed sweet potato. To Make Zucchini Bars: Replace 3/4 cup pumpkin with 1 cup finely shredded zucchini.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
