Suggested Use: Adults: Take 1 level scoop daily (approx. 10 g) mix well with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. The product may also be taken in two separate 1/2 scoop (approx. 5 g) servings twice daily. Children: (6 yrs to 12 yrs): 1/3 the adult dosage. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.
