Bleached Wheat Flour (wheat Flour [enriched With Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Malted Barley Flour, Sugar Dried Sweetened Cranberries (cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Brown Sugar, Vegetable Oil Shortening (palm Oil). Contains 2% Or Less Of : Wheat Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Natural Flavors, Carrageenan, Leavening (sodium Bicarbonate).
Directions
You will need: Bar Mix & Dried Cranberry Pouch, 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil, 2 Large Eggs, 3 Tablespoons Water.1. Preheat oven to 350degF for metal and glass pans. 325degF for dark or coated pans.* Grease bottom of pan with shortening or cooking spray. Flour lightly.2. Blend bar mix, dried cranberry pouch, oil, eggs and water in a large bowl. Stir by hand until well blended (about 50 strokes). Pour batter in prepared pan and bake immediately.3. Bake in center of oven at 350degF. *Add 3–5 minutes bake time for dark or coated pans. Bars are done when toothpick inserted 1-inch from the edge of pan comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting and serving.Pan Size 8"x 8" bake for 39–44 min. 9"x 9" bake for 32–37 min.
High altitude (over 3,500 ft.): Preheat oven to 350degF. Stir 1 tablespoon of flour into bar mix. Mix as directed above. 8x 8: Bake for 38–43 minutes. 9x9: Bake for 34–39 minutes.
