Teff is an agricultural product. Despite the use of modern cleaning equipment it is not always possible to remove all foreign material. Always rinse and sort Teff before cooking. How to Cook: Add 1 cup of teff to 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes. Let the teff rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. All the moisture should be absorbed. Enjoy! Ready in about 25 min.
