Cooking Tip: Add a light coating of oil or cooking spray to the cooking surface to keep the fish from sticking. Remove film and remove fish from tray before cooking. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Stove top: Saute for 4-7 minutes per side. Grill or broil for 4-7 minutes per side. Cooking Instructions: Always cook seafood to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as read by thermometer. Warning: Although great care is taken to remove them, bones may be present.

Serving Suggestions Go Classic: Serve simply seasoned with salt & pepper over rice or mashed potatoes with fresh veggies and lemon. Go Green: Serve over crisp field greens with fresh veggies and dressing. Italian Inspiration: Serve over pasta with toasted garlic butter, capers and steamed broccoli or squash.
