Prepare: Microwave Oven Method: Do not pierce, puncture or open steambag before heating. Gently massage package to break apart vegetable before microwaving. Place steambag in microwave, directions side up. Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes. Let stand 1 minute (microwave oven temperatures may vary; you may have to adjust times accordingly. If any cold spots are noticeable on outside of bag after heating, microwave another 30 seconds). Carefully pour vegetables from steambag; drain if needed. Season to taste. Caution: Contains steam. Contents will be hot. Stove Top Method: Bring 2 cups water to boil over high heat. Pour in frozen vegetables and return to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain; season to taste.
