Cheesecake swirl brownies - ingredients: 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened, 2 cups sugar, divided, 1-1/3 cup stater bros. Unbleached all-purpose flour, 3 eggs, divided, 3/4 cup (1-1/2 stick) butter, melted, divided, 2 teaspoons vanilla, divided, 3/4 cup cocoa, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 cup water boiling, 1/4 teaspoon salt, directions: preheat oven to 350°f. Grease a 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan. Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 4 teaspoons flour in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed just until smooth. Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla; Continue mixing on low speed until smooth, set aside. Combine cocoa and baking soda in large bowl; Stir in boiling water and remaining melted butter; Stir until mixture thickens. Add remaining sugar, eggs and vanilla; Stir until smooth. Add remaining flour and salt; Blend completely. Remove 3/4 cup chocolate batter from bowl and reserve; Spread remaining batter into pan. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over chocolate batter; Dollop reserved chocolate batter in spoonfuls over cream cheese layer; Use the tip of a knife to cut through batter to create swirls. Bake 33 to 37 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut with plastic knife. 24 servings
