instructions - basic thawing instructions refrigerator: place unopened bag or portion needed (covered with plastic wrap) in a large bowl or pan, and refrigerate on bottom shelf of refrigerator overnight. Microwave: following your manual's defrost instructions, thaw no more than 3 breasts at a time on a microwaveable plate covered with plastic wrap. Rotate plate one- quarter turn 4 times during defrost cycle checking breasts before each rotation. Turn breasts over and recover with plastic wrap halfway through defrost cycle. Note: some microwaves may defrost faster than others. Basic cooking instructions conventional oven: preheat oven to 375°f. Place no more than 6 breasts in a foil-lined baking pan. Bake uncovered at 375°f 20 to 30 minutes if thawed (40 to 50 minutes if frozen) or until internal juices run clear. Grill: preheat gas grill to medium heat. Place no more than 6 breasts on grill. Grill 6 minutes if thawed (10 minutes if frozen). Turn breasts over and grill an additional 6 to 16 minutes if thawed (7 to 17 minutes if frozen) or until internal juices run clear. Note: if using a charcoal grill, you may need to add an additional 15 to 25 minutes cooking time. Note: appliances may vary. Cooking times are approximate. *for best results when breading or marinating frozen chicken, the protective ice glaze should first be removed. Simply hold the individual portions under cold running water for 1 to 2 minutes.

- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
