Frozen homestyle meatballs, wide egg noodles, 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 1/3 cup beef broth, 1 (10.25 oz.) can golden mushroom soup, 1 tablespoon dried parsley. Prepare meatballs and noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan over medium heat; Add onion and saute 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in flour and pepper. Slowly stir in broth, whisking until smooth; Cook over low heat until thickened. Stir in mushroom soup and parsley, continue cooking until hot. Serve sauce over meatballs and noodles.
