Directions
Quick & Easy Preparation Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan combine 1-3/4 cups of water, rice, contents of seasoning pouch, and 1 tsp. of olive oil (optional). Stir well and bring to a boil. 2. Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 28 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. 4. Soak up the compliments. Serving Suggestions: Stir in warmed, cooked chicken chorizo, red and green bell peppers, feta cheese, a squeeze of lemon, a dash of crushed chili flakes; heat through. Garnish with cilantro. Makes a great burrito filling by adding canned black beans, grated cheese, and salsa.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
