Directions

See package insert printed on inside of carton for important safety and other information. No Rub Lens Care: For the cleaning and disinfection of soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses replaced in 30 days or less. Step 1: Rinse: Thoroughly rinse each side of the lens for 5 seconds with fresh CareOne Multi-Purpose Solution. Step 2: Soak: Fill the lens case with enough fresh CareOne Multi-Purpose Solution to cover the lenses and close the storage case tightly. Soak overnight or for at least six hours, for disinfection, cleaning and protein removal. Rinse each side of the lenses for 5 seconds with fresh CareOne Multi-Purpose Solution prior to insertion. Your lenses are ready to wear only when all the above steps are completed. Your eye care professional may recommend additional products or procedures (such as rubbing your lens with a separate daily cleaner and rinsing with saline) to care for our lenses based on individual tear chemistry and lens wearing schedule. Always follow your eye care professional's instructions. For Use for Lenses Replaced in Greater than 30 Days: Place at least three drops of CareOne Multi-Purpose Solution on each side on contact lens and rub for 20 seconds. Thoroughly rinse your lenses with fresh CareOne Multi-Purpose Solution. Then follow the instructions above to place the lens in the lens case and to fill it with fresh solution. Allow your lenses to soak overnight or for at least six hours, for disinfection, cleaning and protein removal. Your lenses are now ready to wear. If any debris remains on contact lenses, rinse with CareOne Multi-Purpose Solution prior to insertion. Storage: You may store lenses in the unopened case for up to 30 days. If not wearing the contact lenses immediately, you may store in unopened lens case for up to 30 days. After this time, your lenses must be cleaned and disinfected with fresh CareOne Multi-Purpose Solution every 30 days and prior to wear. Store at room temperature. Use before the expiration date marked on the carton and bottle. Discard contents of the bottle 3 months after opening. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.

Warnings

Problems with contact lenses and lens care products could result in serious injury to the eye. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace cap after using. Clinical studies have shown the risk of serious adverse reactions is increased when these lenses are worn overnight. Extended wear lenses should be regularly removed for cleaning and disinfection or for disposal and replacement on the schedule prescribed by your eye care practitioner. Clinical studies have shown that there is an increased incidence of serious adverse reactions in extended wear contact lens users as compared to the daily wear contact lens users. Studies have also shown that the risk of serious adverse reactions increases the longer extended wear lenses are worn before removal for cleaning and disinfection or for disposal and replacement. Clinical studies have also shown that smokers have a high incidence of adverse reactions. It is essential that you follow your eye care practitioner's directions and all labeling instructions for proper use and care of your lenses and lens care products, including the lens case. Eye problems, including corneal ulcers, can develop rapidly and lead to loss of vision. Daily wear lenses are not indicated for overnight wear and should not be worn while sleeping. To avoid contaminating your solution, do not transfer solution to other bottles or containers. Not for use with heat (thermal) disinfection. Do not wear the lenses unless you have allowed them to soak for at least six (6) hours in careone multi-purpose solution as directed. If you experience eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness of the eye, immediately remove your lenses and promptly contact your eye care practitioner. All contact lens wearers should see their eye care practitioner as directed.
