Salmon, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Moisture)
Directions
Keep frozen.
Thawing instructions:
Remove all packaging prior to thawing. Place salmon in refrigerator overnight or under cold water in a sealed bag.
Microwave:
Cook thawed salmon on medium-high for 2 minutes. Only use portions for this method. Let salmon rest for 1 minute before serving.
Broil:
Preheat broiler and adjust oven racks 4-5 inches from heat. Place thawed salmon, skin side down, on an oiled baking sheet. Brush salmon with oil and season to taste. Broil salmon for 12-15 minutes.
Pan fry:
Preheat nonstick frying pan or skillet to medium-high. Place thawed salmon, skin side down, in pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place thawed salmon, skin side down, on an oiled baking sheet. Brush salmon with oil and season to taste. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes.
