Cooking directions:
Standard oven/toaster oven: preheat conventional oven to 450 degrees F. Spread frozen wedges in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Bake 10 minutes, carefully turn over and continue baking an additional 8-10 minutes or until reaching a light golden color. Season to taste and serve immediately.
Pan fry with oil*:
Preheat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil* in skillet to medium heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add frozen wedges in a single layer. Stir to evenly distribute oil. Cover with lid and heat 8-10 minutes stirring frequently for uniform cooking. Drain and spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste and serve immediately.
*It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated cooking oil.
Caution: ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil always add product carefully.
Note: cook to light golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts reduce cooking time. Do not overcook. Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality.
For best quality, microwave cooking not recommended.
To store: keep frozen until ready to use:
To reclose bag, twist open end and secure with rubber band or twist-tie. If thawed, cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F. Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed.
