Inspected for wholesomeness by US Department of Agriculture. Our Story: Tryg, the chef at the restaurant where I worked, wondered why I never ate the food he prepared for the staff. I explained that I had celiac diseases and had to avoid gluten. The following day, Tryg prepared a meal made entirely from gluten-free ingredients; it was delicious! That was our start. Today, now married, Tryg and I have recreated my favorite foods from our own kitchen and I can finally eat with confidence. Rice: Water, Rice, Expeller-pressed Canola Sauce: Water, Gluten-free Soy Sauce (water, Soybeans, Salt), Expeller-pressed Canola Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Evaporated Cane Juice, Molasses, Distilled White Vinegar, Mirin (water, Rice, Rice Vinegar, Sugar, Salt), Pineapple Juice, Corn Starch, Spices, Beef: Beef, Water, Gluten-free Soy Sauce (water, Soybeans, Salt), Evaporated Cane Juice, Molasses, Pineapple Juice, Potato Starch, Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Spices, Asparagus, Scallion
Directions
Keep frozen. Preparation: Microwave: Remove bowl from carton. Cut 1 inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes 30 seconds or until heated throughout. Let sit for 1 minute. Remove plastic overwrap and stir. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove plastic overwrap. Cover with foil and place on baking tray in the center of the oven. Cook for 50 minutes or until heated throughout. Stir gently. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Bowl and food may be hot. Cooking devices vary.

With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
