Directions
Store below 77 degrees F. Protect contents from humidity and keep tightly closed. Adults and children 12 years of age and older. Start with 2 caplets. Increase as needed up to 6 times per day. Take this product with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning. Do not exceed 12 caplets per day.
Warnings
Choking: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. If pregnant, breast-feeding, taking medication, or have any medical condition ask a health professional before use. Ask a doctor before use if you have: a sudden change in bowel habits that persists for two weeks; abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting. Stop use and ask a doctor if: constipation lasts more than 7 days; you have rectal bleeding. These could be signs of a serious condition. Ask your doctor before use if you are on a sodium-restricted diet. Do not exceed recommended intake. Do not use if printed inner seal imprinted with sealed for your protection is broken or missing.

- Delivery fees start at $3.99 for same-day orders over $35. Fees vary for one-hour deliveries, club store deliveries, and deliveries under $35.

- Tipping is optional but encouraged for delivery orders. It's a great way to show your shopper appreciation and recognition for excellent service. 100% of your tip goes directly to the shopper who delivers your order.
With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
