Stove Top: 9-13 minutes 1. Heat 2 tbsp. cooking oil in a non-stick 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Carefully add 5-1/4 cups of frozen shredded hash browns to form an even layer. 3. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes. Drizzle with another 1 Tbsp cooking oil and sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt (optional). Carefully turn shredded hash browns. Cook another 4 - 6 minutes. Cook to a golden color. Do not stir. 4. Season to taste. Do not over cook. Appliance temperatures may vary. Please consider the performance of your appliance when following these directions.
