1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley Ranch Recipes Lemon Pepper Ranch Recipe Mix
1 lb. chicken wings*
2 tbsp. salted butter
2 tsp. oil
Cooking Instructions: 1. Place wings in a large bowl or large zipper bag. 2. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. of the Lemon Pepper Ranch Mix evenly on wings, toss until well coated. 3. Set aside remaining Recipe mix for use after cooking. For Baked Wings: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Place seasoned wings on a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake 30–35 minutes until interior temperature reaches 165 ° F. For Air Fryer: 1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 2. Air fry wings for 10 minutes, flip and cook for another 8–10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Mixing Instructions: 1. When the wings have finished cooking, melt the butter in a small bowl, then add the oil and rest of the Lemon Pepper Ranch Mix and mix well. 2. Place the cooked wings in a large bowl. 3. Add the lemon pepper sauce to the wings and toss well.
