Directions
Cheese-Stuffed Burgers: Active Time: 15 minutes. Total Time: 25 minutes. Amount: 2 servings. Ingredients: 1 pound Wild Harvest Grass Fed Organic 85% Ground Beef; 1 teaspoon Essential Everyday Kosher Salt; 1/2 teaspoon Essential Everyday Ground Black Pepper; 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 teaspoon Essential Everyday Garlic Powder; 2 slices Essential Everyday Deli Style American Cheese; 2 hamburger buns. Directions: (1) Cut each slice of cheese in half, then half again to form 4 squares. Stack the pieces on top of each other to form 2 stacks; set aside. (2) Place ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl. Mix with hands until just combined. (3) Divide meat into 4 equal portions and place on work surface. Using your fingertips, press 2 portions of the meat into about 1/4 inch think patties. (4) Place 1 stack of cheese on 1 patty; then top with second patty. Pinch the edges to form a tight seal and make an indentation in the center of the patty. Repeat with remaining portions of meat and cheese. (5) Preheat a heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat. Place patties in skillet and cook until well browned, about 4 minutes on each side. (6) Serve on hamburger buns.
