MIX: 1. preheat oven to 425f. 2. in a small bowl, combine pizza flour with 1/2 cup hot tap water. 3. stir with fork until all pizza flour is moistened. Vigorously stir an additional 25 strokes.

Fix: 1. generously grease a 12" pizza pan or a 9x13" baking pan. 2. grease hands well. Place dough in center to edges of pan. Pinch edges of dough to form a rim. 3. spread pizza sauce evenly over dough. Add additional toppings, if desired. 4. bake at 425f for 18-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
