Add ground beef and milk. One-Pan Directions: 1. Brown 1 pound ground beef in a 10 to 12-inch skillet and drain. 2. Add 2 1/4 cups hot water, 1 cups hot water, 1 cup 2% milk, the pasta and the sauce mix. Stir thoroughly. 3. Heat to boiling; stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cover pan. Simmer about 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat and uncover (sauce will thicken as it stands). High Altitude Directions: Because liquids may evaporate faster in high altitude areas, increase water amount and cook times if needed.
