Pork, Pasteurized Process Monterey Jack And Bleu Cheese ([monterey Jack Cheese (milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Bleu Cheese (milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Water, Cream, Sodium Phosphates, Enzyme Modified Bleu Cheese (cultured Milk, Cream, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Xanthan Gum, Enzymes), Salt, Sorbic Acid], Powdered Cellulose), Water, Corn Syrup, And Less Than 2% Of The Following: Salt, Maltodextrin, Dried Red Pepper Sauce (cayenne Pepper, Vinegar, Salt, Garlic), Modified Food Starch, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic Spices, Whey, Dried Vinegar, Natural Flavor, Sodium Caseinate (from Milk), Bha, Propyl Gallate, Citric Acid.
Directions
Keep frozen. Preparation: Cook product from frozen. Caution: Cheese will be hot. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-low. Add patties. Cook, covered, for 15-17 minutes or until patties are browned and the internal temperature is 160 degrees F, turning patties occasionally. Stovetop: Heat a nonstick skillet to medium-low. Add patties. Cook until browned, about 6 minutes, turning patties once. Carefully add 1/2 cup water to skillet. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F. Broil: Place oven rack in center position and preheat oven to broil. Place patties on a foil-lined baking pan coated with cooking spray. Broil for 13-16 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F, turning patties occasionally.
