Bake 10 minutes, turn fries over, and continue baking 5-6 more minutes until reaching a light golden color. Season to taste and serve immediately. Fry: Electric Skillet: Heat 3 tablespoons oil in electric skillet on medium (350 degrees F). Stir in frozen fries to coat in oil, then arrange in a single layer. Fry 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown. Transfer fries to paper towel-lined plate and season (if desired). Serve immediately. Deep Fry: Deep Fryer: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fill basket half full (1/2 level) with frozen fries. Deep-fry 2-3 minutes until reaching a light golden color.
