Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Whey (Milk), Soy Flour, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Egg.
Directions
For a perfect, golden coating that seals in natural juices and flavor, follow these instructions. To Prepare Batter: Add 1/2 cup batter mix to 2/3 cup of cold water (for fish fillets empty contents of this package and add 2-1/2 cups of cold water). Mix with rotary beater until smooth and free from lumps. Deep Frying: Use a large, heavy pan no more than half full of oil (about 2 inches), or a deep fryer. Food should float freely while frying. After frying, drain in basket or on crumpled paper. Fish Fillets: Cut fish fillets into serving size pieces and dip in wet batter mix. Heat oil to 365 degrees F. Fry one piece at a time until golden brown. Fried Clams, Oysters, Scallops, Shrimp: Dip in wet batter mix, then coat with remaining dry batter mix. Put in basket (not bunched) and fry (375 degrees F) until golden brown. Fried Chicken: Dip in wet batter mix, then coat with remaining dry batter mix. Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Fry 10-13 minutes or until done. Onion Rings: Cut large, Spanish onion cross-wise into slices 1/4 inch wide. Separate into rings and dip in wet batter mix, then coat with remaining dry batter mix. Fry (375 degrees F) until golden brown. Fried Veggies: Follow the onion ring directions for delicious mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli or your favorite vegetables.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
