Mussels, Onions (onions, Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Carrageenan), Cream (milk, Carrageenan), Coconut Milk, Butter, White Wine, Modified Maize Starch, Curry Powder (coriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cumin, Fennel, Salt), Pepper, Spices, Herbs, Salt.
Directions
Handling instructions: Store frozen.
Cooking Instructions:
Already cooked. Heat from frozen. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these instructions are guidelines only - in order to keep the mussels succulent do not over-heat.
Saucepan (preferred method):
Remove pouch from the box and empty contents into a medium size saucepan. Heat on medium for approximately 4 minutes or until heated thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve as suggested.
Microwave:
Remove pouch from the box and then - empty contents into a microwave safe dish. Cover and heat for up to 3 minutes at 1,000W or 4-5 minutes at 750W, or until heated thoroughly or place pouch on a microwaveable dish and pierce upper side several times. Heat for 3-4 minutes at 1,000W or 5-6 minutes at 750W, or until heated thoroughly. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Then serve as suggested.
