Ingredients
Sugar, Bleached Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour (Enriched, with: Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Malted Barley Flour], Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Cream Cheese Powder [Cream Cheese (Cream, Milk, Skim Milk, Whey, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes)Whey, Natural Flavor, Tocopherols and Ascorbyl Palmitate (To Protect Flavor)], Cocoa Powder Processed, with: Alkali, Wheat Starch, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Dextrose, Salt, Colored, with: (Titanium Dioxide), Maltodextrin, Tapioca Dextrin, Modified Food Starch, Artificial Flavors, Cornstarch, Carrageenan, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate).
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl, heat 10-12 tbsp (1/2 tub) on high for 20 seconds. Drizzle over warm brownie for an intensely decadent treat!
Makes 18 brownies.
You will need.
Large eggs.
Water.
Vegetable oil.
Brownies - 1 egg - 1 tbsp water - 1/4 cup oil.
Cheesecake swirl - 1 egg - no water - 1/4 cup oil.
Baking instructions:
1. Prep 350 degrees F.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for glass or metal pans, 325 degrees F for dark or non-stick pans*.
Grease bottom of pan with shortening or cooking spray.
2. Mix.
Empty brownie mix, egg, oil and water in a large bowl.
Stir until well blended (about 50 strokes).
Spread in greased pan.
Stir cheesecake swirl mix, egg and oil in a medium bowl until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto brownie batter. Swirl together with a knife or spatula.
3. Bake.
Bake following chart below. *Add 3-5 minutes for dark or non-stick pans. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from the edge of pan comes out clean.
Pan size - 8" x 8" - 9" x 9".
Bake time - 33-37 min - 28-32 min.
Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving.
High altitude (over 3,500 ft.) preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir 1 tablespoon flour into each packet of mix. Mix and prepare according to above directions.
