Skillet Preparation: Serves 4-6. Ready in 10 minutes. Ingredients Needed: 1 tbsp. oil; 2 lbs. of tender beef. 1. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a medium-sized saute pan. 2. Cut 2 lbs. of beef into 1 inch cubes. (Use flank steak or other tender cut of beef). 3. Add beef and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 4. Add sauce and reduce heat to low. simmer, stirring often until beef is fully cooked (145 degrees F) and sauce reaches desired thickness. Also good with tofu, chicken or pork. Slow Cooker Preparation: Serves 4-6. Ready in 7 hours. Ingredients Needed: 2 lbs. round or chuck roast. 1. Add 2 lbs. of round or chuck roast to 6 qt. slow cooker, spreading the meat out to cover the bottom of the slow cooker. 2. Pour sauce over the meat. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. 3. Shred meat using two forks and pour leftover sauce over meat to desired sauciness.
