Made with fresh ingredients. Quick & easy. Cookwell. Eatwell. Livewell. You Can Never Be Too Fresh: The city of Veracruz is known for the freshest seafood in all of Mexico, and when you have the resources for such great fish and shrimp, you eventually have a dish named after your city, Pescado a la Veracruzana. What makes a great Veracruz sauce is the freshness of the ingredients, and the chefs at Cookwell start with garden fresh tomatoes and onions, then we add capers and imported green olives. To give our Veracruz a touch of Texas, we add some freshly sliced jalapenos. To give it your own personal touch you just need to add your favorite fish fillet, or to add a twist you can add shrimp, scallops or even lobster. What the heck, try it over chicken as well, you will love it! Enjoy! www.cookwell.net. Go Texan. Made in Texas.
