Corn Starch, Rice Flour, Iodized Salt, Mushroom Extract, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Lactose (milk), Slippery Jack Mushrooms, Yeast Extract, Roasted Onion Powder, Sunflower Oil, Herbs (parsley, Thyme, Rosemary), Sugar, Guar Gum, White Pepper, Maltodextrin, Citric Acid (acidifier), Rape Seed Lecithine, Onion Flavor, Natural Garlic Flavor.
Directions
Hunter's Schnitzel: You Will Need: 3 boneless pork cutlets, 9 oz fresh mushrooms (cleaned and sliced), 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 cup heavy cream. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 350 degrees F for convection oven. Put the oil into frying pan. Saute mushrooms until heated through. Add heavy cream. Mix in contents of packet and bring to a boil. Wash and pat cutlets dry. Place side by side in a roasting pan. Pour sauce over the cutlets and bake approximately 30 minutes. Tip: Turkey or veal cutlets can be used in place of pork, but be sure the cutlets are about as thick as pork cutlets. One 9 oz jar or can of well drained mushrooms can be used in place of fresh mushrooms.
