Like it's little sibling rigatoni but bigger, mezzi rigatoni is named for its ridges, a hollow tube-shaped body perfect for chunky and meaty sauces.

Directions
Preparation: 1. Bring 5 quarts of water (per 1 lb of pasta) to a boil and add salt if desired. 2. Add pasta and cook for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally for firm al dente pasta. 3. Drain immediately and serve with your favorite pasta sauce.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
