Hand-chopped spinach is blended with Parmesan, Romano and ricotta cheeses to create a creamy and comforting taste. Mangia bene - eat well! Cook thoroughly.

Filling: Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk, Whey, Cream, Dairy Solids, Skim Milk, Vinegar, Salt), Spinach, Parmesan Cheese (Cultured Milk, Enzymes, Salt), Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep's Milk, Rennet, Salt), Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Whole and Part Skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Egg Whites, Modified Food Starch, Garlic, Butter, Salt and Spices, Pasta: Extra Fancy Durum Wheat Flour, Enriched (Durum Wheat Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Whole Eggs, Water, Beta-Carotene.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Keep pasta frozen until ready to cook. Bring 2-1/2 quarts of water to rapid boil. Remove pasta from bag and place into boiling water and gently stir with a spoon. Allow to cook water and gently stir with a spoon. Allow to cook on slow boil or simmer for 6 to 7 minutes. Remove pasta from water with slotted spoon for drainage and add your favorite sauce.
Serving Suggestion: Lightly drizzle with a medium-bodied olive oil, shaved Parmesan, and toasted pine nuts, or you can simply coat with a light cream sauce.
Keep frozen.
