Warm or cold, Mommy's Kisses make boo-boos and tears disappear!
Warm use: do not heat if pack is frozen. Only heat a room temperature gel pack. Place in a clean microwave and heat for 5 seconds, then allow to stand for 30 seconds. If more heat is required, heat in 5 second increments with 30 second standing times in between until optimal temperature is achieved. Never leave unattended in the microwave. Do not overheat. Always test temperature before using. The pack should feel warm to the touch, not hot. Total heating time should not exceed 15 seconds. Cold Use: Seal in a plastic bag and place in the freezer overnight. May be left in the freezer until ready for use. To wash: remove gel insert and machine wash cover in cold water. Tumble dry on low and remove promptly. Do not wash gel pack. Use only under adult supervision.
Tc use cold: seal in a plastic bag and store in freezer. A minimum of 2 hours is required in the freezer to obtain best results. Do not use gel pack directly on the skin straight from the freezer. Make sure the gel pack is placed in the cover supplied before placing on the skin. To use warm: be cautious as microwaves vary in power and you need to find the correct amount of time to heat the pack.
1. Flatten the pack to ensure the gel is evenly distributed.
2. Do not heat if pack is frozen. Only heat room temperature packs.
3. Place the pack in microwave and set timer for a max of 5 seconds and then allow to stand for 30 seconds.
4. If more heat is required, heat in 5 seconds increments with equal standing time until desired temperature is achieved.
(Note:) Medium power is recommended for the microwave. Do not heat in microwave over 1400 watt.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
