Zemas Recipe: Cinnamon Oatmeal Gluten Free Apple Muffins: Makes 24 mini-muffins. 1 package Zemas Madhouse Foods Gluten-Free Cinnamon Oatmeal Apple Muffin Mix; 1 cup unsweetened applesauce; 1/3 cup oil of choice; 3 tbsp apple juice; 2 eggs (or egg replacer); 1-1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract; 3/4 to 1 cup apple, peeled and chopped; optional add-ins: chopped walnuts, 1/4 tsp. orange zest or orange oil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease mini-muffin pan; set aside. In a bowl, whisk all wet ingredients together. Add in the entire Zemas mix; combine well. Fold in chopped apples. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container or freeze for later snacking!

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
