Charcoal Grill Instructions: 1. Remove the foil pouch from charcoal bag. Open grill vents. 2. Arrange briquets in a pyramid in center of the grill. Apply lighter fluid according to manufacturer's directions. Immediately light in several places. Leave the grill uncovered. 3. Once the briquets begin to ash, spread coals evenly across grill. Open foil pouch of smoker blocks and carefully place directly onto prepared coals. Smoker blocks will begin smoking. Keep lid closed to prevent flaming. Adjust vents for temperature control. 4. Begin grilling your favorite foods. Cooking with grill lid closed will provide enhanced smoked flavor. Smoker blocks burn hotter than charcoal, so be careful not to overcook.
