To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking.

Cooking Instructions: On The Stove Top: (1) To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking. (2) Mix together 3 cups water or broth with 2 cups rice in 2 qt saucepan. (3) Close lid tightly. (4) Bring rice to a boil, then immediately turn down to low and simmer, covered, for 3 minutes. (5) Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. (6) Fluff rice and serve.

Store in a cool dry place out of sunlight.
