Directions
Directions for Use: 1. Place the serving listed in directions into an empty glass. 2. Fill glass with at least 8 ounces of water. 3. Stir briskly if small clumps appear you may continue. To mix well and drink promptly.
Directions: Adults 12 Years & Over: 1 Rounded teaspoon (tsp = teaspoon), 3 times daily. Children under 12 years: Consult a doctor Put one serving into an empty glass and fill glass with 8 oz of water. Stir briskly and drink promptly. If mixture thickens add more water and stir. Take up to 3 times daily. New Users: Start with 1 serving per day; gradually increase up to 3 servings per day as necessary. You may initially experience changes in bowel habits or minor bloating, as your body adjusts to increased fiber intake.
Store at 20 degrees C - 25 degrees C (68 degrees F - 77 degrees F).

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
